The Relationship Browser

Take a 'single customer view' by browsing the Relationship Hierarchy, a hierarchical collection of all of your customers’ applications, accounts and transactions.  Expand at each level and manage data by Workflow, creating an audit available for review.  Review history of a record’s automated decision process in an explainable and transparent way.

Features

Single Customer View with the Relationship Hierarchy

Records in the Relationship Browser start with a Relationship record, where Applications roll up to Relationships, Accounts roll up to Applications and Transactions roll up to Accounts. Storing data in this structure and presenting it in the Relationship Browser allows an analyst to take a genuinely single customer view.

Relationships

A relationship represents a customer, irrespective of the number of applications or accounts held for that customer.

Applications

Applications for accounts by your customer across all channels; e.g., credit card, loan etc.

Accounts

Accounts created because of an accepted application from your customer.

Transactions

Customer transactions taking place on an account; e.g., credit card transactions or account payments.

Transaction After Care

Follow-up or subsequent advice records for a transaction; e.g., notification of a chargeback.

Custom Data Grids

An installation is not restricted to just the datasets that Risk IDS specify in the Relationship Browser. The Relationship Browser allows the construction of custom grids, which will present custom datasets or reports to the analyst while navigating the Relationship Browser.

Display of Decision Engine Results

Decision Engine results are shown with each record in the Relationship Browser, which allows an analyst to see problem records at a glance. For any given record, an analyst can review the decision path taken by the Decision Engine.

Integration to the Workflow Engine

All records in the Relationship Browser are updated using the Workflow Engine. This allows the system to automatically navigate the analyst through the most appropriate process based on customer data or the analyst’s actions. Training requirements are reduced as Risk IDS directs the user through the workflow intuitively without having to remember each step of a procedure. Updating data in this way ensures that the Workflow Engine maintains a step-by-step audit of all actions.

Intuitive Navigational Concepts

Risk IDS guides the user through the relationship browser with the help of navigational concepts that exist throughout the system.

Breadcrumbs

For example, as the user drills into levels of the Relationship Hierarchy, a breadcrumb trail is left so that it is always clear what record and level is being worked.

Parent, Child, Child Layout

At each level in the Relationship Hierarchy, information is presented to the user as a summary with the records rolling up presented in a grid two levels deep. For example, when reviewing a Relationship, the user can see detailed information about the relationship and information about all related Applications and Accounts.

Using the grids, the user is able to peek into the related records, providing summary information without the requirement for expanding that level in detail.
